To provide quality support to customers, Print MIS has established a dedicated department to offer customers an end to end support service relating to the E Pro print management software. Regardless, of the nature albeit an enhancement request or a technical problem our Support Centre will readily provide a solution.

Print MIS will extend support to customers with regard to any aspect of the E Flow web2print system, whether it's the core solution or bespoke development. In addition, we are pleased to announce that system wide training has been extended to your end customer.

Due to Print MIS covering a vast geographical region, support is available 14 hours a day Monday through Friday, excluding bank & public holidays in the United States & United Kingdom.

Each form of contact will ensure that customers can log requests for support and monitor the progress as their request is handled. It is all part of the open and straight forward way in which Print MIS delivers value and service to its clients.

Maintenance

Print MIS employs a dedicated development and project management team working to continually improve, develop and maintain our customer's solutions. Throughout the term of our agreement with our customers, Print MIS will provide the following maintenance services:

  • We shall make changes to enhance the software and services
  • All customers will be regularly notified of updates and changes taking place
  • The account management team will work with customers to ensure that they continue to benefit from the existing system and any new developments
