Refund - Delivery Policy
Methods & Currency Accepted
For convenience the following means are accepted as payment methods:
Credit Card via Telephone
You are welcome to phone us with the order and your credit details for payment at the time of placing your order.
Direct Deposit
Print Management Information Systems (P.M.I.S) is happy to accept payments made directly to our bank account via funds transfer. Please state the invoice number as the payment reference to avoid delays.
Cheque or Money Orders
P.M.I.S is happy to accept either business or personal cheques & money orders made out to P.M.I.S.
Notes:
If you are looking to make a payment against software purchased from P.M.I.S, kindly ensure that the payment is in the currency as specified on the invoice. Currently we accept Pound Sterling (GBP)
Any data populated in the trial version may be transferred to the ‘live’ system should you wish to retain any configuration
Delivery:
Once you have purchased your product from P.M.I.S and the payment has been processed. You will receive an email containing:
Payment acknowledgement
Account Manager contact details
Installation requirements (if applicable)
Configuration documentation
You are requested to complete any information requested and email or fax back to P.M.I.S to avoid unnecessary delays. If in any instance you are unable to supply the information requested, kindly contact your Account Manager at your earliest convenience.

If you paid by Credit Card or via BACS, please note that the delivery is not instant. The process can takes 3-8 business days for the payments to clear.

Internet Delivery
Software is typically delivered to you by internet download only (DVD upon request). P.M.I.S endeavors to complete the software installation within 14 business days from the date of purchase (invoice date). However this may vary from customer to customer depending upon their availability and exact software requirements in which instances your designated Account Manager will notify you in advance.
Courier Delivery
In an instance where an internet connection is unavailable P.M.I.S will on request ship out a DVD with the installer files for the software. Delivery should be expected between 3 to 10 workings days dependent upon region.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling +44 (0) 203 371 0125 or +1 (203) 702 0638 within 2 working days of receipt.

Refund & Return Policy
P.M.I.S stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Support within 30 days from the invoice date and we will refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding:
Bespoke development fee
Annual support fee
Remote or onsite training fee
Hosting fee
Note:
P.M.I.S will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, P.M.I.S. does not entertain any return or refunds after 30 days from the invoice date unless specified in writing by P.M.I.S.
Cancellation Terms
Notification of order cancellations must be sent, in writing to P.M.I.S. Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 days from the invoice date less a 10% administration charge, bespoke development and training fees (if applicable).
