Privacy Policy

PrintMIS ("we", "us") provides print MIS software, web-to-print software, AI print estimating and print supplier network access. We take privacy seriously and design our public-facing features to expose aggregate information only.

Depending on how you use PrintMIS, we may collect:

• Account and contact details you provide (name, company, email, phone).
• Enquiry details submitted through forms, demos or the supplier network.
• Operational data you enter into the platform (estimates, jobs, materials, invoices).
• Standard technical data such as device, browser and usage analytics.

Before any activity is shown publicly, we apply the following transformations:

• Location is reduced to city or postcode-area level only.
• Latitude and longitude are rounded (to roughly 11 km).
• Business names are hidden.
• Contact names are hidden.
• Exact street addresses are hidden.
• Financial values are hidden.
• Only aggregate counts are shown.
• Areas with very few records are suppressed to prevent re-identification.

The underlying detailed records are never transmitted to the browser or exposed through the public activity endpoint.

• To provide, operate and improve the PrintMIS platform.
• To respond to enquiries, demos and support requests.
• To route supplier network requirements to relevant suppliers.
• To produce aggregate, de-identified statistics such as the activity map.

We do not sell personal information. Operational data is only shared as needed to deliver the service (for example, routing a posted requirement to suppliers you choose to engage) or where required by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing communications, by contacting us.
