Print Software Implementation Consultant

We are looking for someone who can present ePRO, understand a customer's operation, configure the system, train users and support a successful go-live.

Responsibilities

  1. 01Conduct customer workflow discovery
  2. 02Present relevant ePRO features and workflows
  3. 03Configure users, settings and operational processes
  4. 04Test complete workflows before launch
  5. 05Deliver role-based customer training
  6. 06Manage implementation actions and expectations
  7. 07Support customers during the initial live period
  8. 08Escalate valid product requirements to engineering

Relevant experience may include:

  • Print estimating
  • Production management
  • Print MIS
  • Web-to-print
  • ERP implementation
  • Software training
  • Purchasing
  • Inventory workflows
  • Invoicing workflows

Programming experience is not required.
