Print Software Implementation Consultant
We are looking for someone who can present ePRO, understand a customer's operation, configure the system, train users and support a successful go-live.
Responsibilities
- 01Conduct customer workflow discovery
- 02Present relevant ePRO features and workflows
- 03Configure users, settings and operational processes
- 04Test complete workflows before launch
- 05Deliver role-based customer training
- 06Manage implementation actions and expectations
- 07Support customers during the initial live period
- 08Escalate valid product requirements to engineering
Relevant experience may include:
- Print estimating
- Production management
- Print MIS
- Web-to-print
- ERP implementation
- Software training
- Purchasing
- Inventory workflows
- Invoicing workflows
Programming experience is not required.
